Faculty Information Literacy & Resource Page: Credo Modules

About The Organization of The Modules

NOTE:  While most links will be working with the new HELM network system on June 1st, some may not.  We will continue to update these in early June, 2020.  Thank you for your patience.

The videos and tutorials listed below follow the same organization we use in the Faculty Toolbox in Moodle. Included are the printable Lesson Plans created by Credo.  There are two differences between the Moodle and this LibGuide version, the first of which is that quizzes are not listed here as these need to be executed within the Moodle Platform. The second difference is that from the LibGuide page, access from off campus requires authentication using the BCC Library barcode (user name) and password (last name in UPPER CASE).

If you are entirely new to the Credo Modules, or if you are looking for a suggested selection of essential Credo Modules that can be used across the curriculum, click here.

Looking To Enroll Students In Our New Moodle Info Lit Classes?

For 2019, we are creating a series of five short, highly interactive classes  that can be bundled.  These are viewable on most devices.  The first in the series, Moodle Module: Introduction To Information Literacy, provides students with skills that will have them finding topics, using the catalog and even searching two databases in minutes!   Exercises can be emailed to you or printed. Proof of attendance through certification also provided.  Students will have to sign into this module to participate.  The Moodle Room address us https://moodle.berkshirecc.edu/course/view.php?id=10830
